As “High Tech Polymer” LLC, we began our operations in 2022. All our production lines and auxiliary equipment come from modern European and globally leading equipment manufacturing companies that meet high environmental and safety standards.
This enables us to produce a wide range of high-quality polymer products. The products manufactured under the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand by “High Tech Polymer” LLC are recognized for their high quality in the markets of Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan. High Tech Polymer LLC consists of several diverse production areas:
PE 100 Pressure Pipe Division:
The PE division of “High Tech Polymer” LLC comprises 4 production lines. Using modern equipment that aligns with the latest European and global technologies, we produce all types of polyethylene pipes with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 630 mm and pressure ratings from 5 atm to 32 atm. In addition to water and gas pipes, we also produce drip irrigation pipes and drip irrigation tape intended for agricultural irrigation.
PPR Division:
The PPR division has 3 production lines. In this area, modern machines that meet European standards produce both composite and plain pipes in sizes ranging from 20 mm to 75 mm. The polypropylene pipes produced are packaged in 4-meter lengths or in rolls.
Corrugated Pipe Division:
The corrugated pipe division consists of 2 production lines: small-sized corrugated pipes are produced in sizes from 100 mm to 250 mm, and large-sized pipes from 400 mm to 600 mm. These double-walled corrugated pipes can be produced in yellow, black, or blue upon customer request.
PVC Division:
The PVC division includes 7 production lines. This division is equipped with modern standard machinery: 3 lines produce PVC pipes with sizes ranging from 50 mm to 100 mm, and 4 lines are used to manufacture cornices, wall panels, and other accessories.
Other Divisions:
This area includes 6 of the most modern injection machines. These injection machines manufacture products in molds of various shapes. On these machines, it is possible to produce finished products such as plastic containers, tubs, fittings, etc. One of the machines in our production area also produces bubble polyethylene film, which is designed to facilitate easy packaging, and to protect products from contamination, damage, and unstable temperatures. Coverings can be produced in any color based on customer requests.
