The tender announced by “Azerbaijan Landscaping and Landscape Construction” OJSC (“Azəryaşlandşaft” OJSC) for the procurement of pipes intended for the irrigation system of the green areas planned to be established in the Müşfiqabad area by Greenery Department No. 3 has been concluded.
According to 32gun.az, the winner of the tender is “High Tech Polymer” LLC. A contract worth 144,366.89 AZN has been signed between the parties. It is noted that “High Tech Polymer” LLC, which has a charter capital of only 10 AZN, is legally represented by Məsmə Vəliyeva Vaqif qızı. For reference, the chairman of “Azerbaijan Landscaping and Landscape Construction” OJSC (“Azəryaşlandşaft”), which operates under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, is Ramik Əşrəfov.
